Will this diffuser be smaller compared to the others?
Yes, this diffuser focuses on premium, minimalist and portable features. It has a tank capacity of 150ml, if you need a bigger diffuser you can refer to Yaledi's other diffusers.
Why does only half of my machine fog up and only half of it works properly?
This is caused by the machine operating at too low a current. Be sure to use a regular 5V2A power adapter.
Can I use the diffuser without adding essential oils?
Sure. You can also use it as a humidifier without adding essential oils.
Is this diffuser quiet?
Yes, the machine runs at no more than 35 decibels. It will not affect your sleep.
Why did the cover melt after the machine had been in use for a while?
